Bulletproof Tea

So…if you’re on the ketogenic diet or a low carb high-fat diet and you are not a coffee drinker, but want to try the whole “bulletproof drink”, try the tea.

This is one of the most filling things you’ll ever consume. I made this at 8am and finished drinking it around 8:45…and I wasn’t hungry again until 1:00pm.

The tea I used is Jade citrus mint by Teavana, but you can use whatever tea you like.

Bulletproof Tea

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of already brewed tea
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Splash of milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of collagen (Optional)

Directions

  1. Put everything in a blender, I use a bullet, and let it blend for 30 seconds or so.
  2. Pour it into a mug and you’re good to go.

Notes

  • This is one of the most filling things you’ll ever drink.
