Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Posted by

OMG…ok…this is the best thing I have ever made. I took my first bite and wanted to cry because it was so amazingly delicious. The base for this is my homemade peanut butter.

Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • Splash of vanilla (paste or extract)
  • 1/8 cup of Swerve

Directions

  1. Since my peanut butter is stored in the fridge I put the peanut butter and coconut oil into a bowl and I put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. I pull it out then mix the rest of the ingredients in. The Swerve is gritty in texture, but it doesn’t bother me. I like the texture.
  2. Pour the mixture into candy molds. I use this one: Wilton’s Brownie Squares. I filled 16 of the cavities with this mixture
  3. Put in fridge and let it harden. It’ll take about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Pop them out and store in a container. These will be good up to 3 weeks.

Notes

  • Be creative with this and add things to it. You’ll see in the picture that I also created chocolate peanut butter…layer of chocolate, peanut butter, then more chocolate
