One of the things I’ve always wanted to make. And like homemade mayo, after making this from scratch, why the hell would you ever buy it? It is soooo delicious! Check out the notes section on how to store and ideas on how to use.
You can add sweetener of some kind if you like your peanut butter sweet but since I’m doing keto I did not add anything.
Peanut Butter

Ingredients
|
- Peanuts (raw or roasted or roasted with salt)
- Splash of cream
- 1 tablespoon of ghee (Optional)
- Sugar or honey or swerve (if you’re doing keto) to taste (Optional)
- Salt to taste (Optional)
- Chopped peanuts (Optional, if you want crunchy)

Directions
|
|
|
- Using a food processor or a blender add all the ingredients except for the salt and let it go. It will take about 4-5 minutes. You want to let it blend until it is smooth.
- Give it a taste. If it isn’t salty enough, add some salt, then let it blend again. Afterwards, I poured in some chopped peanuts and hand mixed it in.
