So…if you’re on the ketogenic diet or a low carb high-fat diet and you are cravings chips, give these a try. They are wonderful! It’s also cheese…so…you know…don’t eat like 50 of them…though I guess you shouldn’t eat 50 chips in one sitting either.

Cheese Chips

Ingredients

- Shredded cheese, like mozzarella or parmesan or shredded Mexican cheese
|

Directions

- Use a non-stick pan and turn the heat on your stove to low-medium
- Spread a little bit of cheese in a circular shape and let it cook until it browns on one side
- Flip it over and let it brown on the other side
- Pull it up and put it on a paper towel to let it soak up some of the grease
- All done!
