Cheese Chips

So…if you’re on the ketogenic diet or a low carb high-fat diet and you are cravings chips, give these a try. They are wonderful! It’s also cheese…so…you know…don’t eat like 50 of them…though I guess you shouldn’t eat 50 chips in one sitting either.

Cheese Chips

 

 

Ingredients

  • Shredded cheese, like mozzarella or parmesan or shredded Mexican cheese

Directions

  1. Use a non-stick pan and turn the heat on your stove to low-medium
  2. Spread a little bit of cheese in a circular shape and let it cook until it browns on one side
  3. Flip it over and let it brown on the other side
  4. Pull it up and put it on a paper towel to let it soak up some of the grease
  5. All done!

Notes

  • Like any chip serve it with something, like guacamole, spinach dip, salsa, ranch dip, whatever
