Who doesn’t need a good marinade? While meal planning for this week I decided to do a chicken marinade. I’m just trying to mix up my food each week so I don’t get crazy bored on this keto diet.
Fair warning, marinade overnight.
Yogurt Marinade

Ingredients

- 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- Dash of cayenne
- Dash of ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

- Combine all the ingredients well and put your choice of protein into it then cover and put into the fridge.

Notes

|
- I used this for chicken, then grilled the next day
- This would be great for shrimp, light fish, chicken, and beef
|
