All you need is a food processor.

As usual, if you add or change anything please share!

Garlic Hummus

  • 1/2 a head of garlic, raw or roasted (see notes on roasting)
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/8 cup of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Toss all ingredients into a food processor and set to on until it’s smooth.

  • To roast the garlic, peel the garlic and toss it with a little bit of olive oil and salt. Put it in an oven (set to 375 degrees) and let it go for one hour until it is brown and softened
