Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of cacao OR cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon of Swerve
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- dash of salt

Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees of Fahrenheit
- Combine cacao and Swerve in one bowl
- Whisk egg (I just used a fork) well
- Add the egg, cream, vanilla paste, baking powder, and salt to cacao mixture
- Spray some PAM into a ramekin and if you want a lava cake, bake for 17 minutes, you want a cake, bake for 20 minutes
