Pita Pizza

Sometimes I really crave pizza, but I don’t want to order a whole one or go to Whole Foods and pay $6 for one -_-.

Checked the fridge and I had pita, cheese, and pepperoni…so why not? I hope you enjoy this recipe! If you add other things to your pizza tell me what it is, I’m always open to new flavor combinations.

Pita Pizza




  • Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella
  • Onion, chopped, sliced or however, you like it on your pizza
  • Bell pepper, chopped, sliced, or however, you like it on your pizza
  • Can of sauce or tomatoes, or whatever
  • Pita


  1. Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  3. Lay down pita and cover with your choice of tomato sauce on top
  4. Layer on your ingredients
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
  6. Optional: I like to broil my pizza for an additional 3-4 minutes after it’s baked for 15 so the cheese and pepperoni become toasted


  • I didn’t have marinara or sauce so I used a can of roasted tomatoes
  • Like any pizza, you can use any other sauce, meat sauce, red sauce, white sauce, olive oil, etc
