Kale Chips

Posted by

Hands down…one of my favorite snacks. The problem that I have is they don’t hold well after a day…I don’t know if there’s a secret to it, but if there is I’d love for someone to share it with me.

I also want to say that I love Trader Joe’s. Why? Because they have a lot of ready to go stuff, like broccoli (already washed and cut), brussels sprouts (already washed and cut), and kale (already washed and cut). It is great for people who work and are on the go.

If you don’t have a bag of kale that is already cut for you, then take the kale, wash it, cut off the big stem pieces. Chop up the kale, then it’s all set and ready.

This recipe is good for one serving

Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Kale
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Garlic salt, to season

Directions

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Toss the kale with the olive oil and garlic salt
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the kale
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then set to broil for 1 minute
