Lemon “Cheesecake” Mousse

Mmmm…this is pretty rich so it makes about 6 little mousse cups enjoy!

Lemon Cheesecake Mousse




  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or 2 lemons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/2-1 teaspoon l stevia
  • Optional: lemon zest


  1. Add cheese and lemon juice to a stand mixer and blend until smooth
  2. Add heavy cream and the rest of the ingredients, except lemon zest, and blend until whipped
  3. Taste and see if it needs more stevia, if not, then you’re done
  4. Sprinkle lemon zest if desired
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve


  • Makes 6 servings
