There isn’t too much to report, and I don’t think I’ll post too much unless I do something amazing or go to an awesome restaurant.
For those who don’t know, I am here for work so I am working through the day and won’t really be traveling around here that much. I will definitely have a ton to report when I go to Belgium, but I’ll still share some great restaurants here in Gothenburg when I eat out.
Since I’m staying at an Airbnb, the best thing is being able to cook for myself and eat what I want. For breakfast, I had fil with granola and fruit. There is no fil in America, I would describe it as a creamy, yogurt-like product, but it isn’t yogurt.
For lunch, I went to Saluhall Briggen which is right around the corner from my work. I can’t remember the Swedish word, but it is roasted potatoes, chicken topped with a cream-based sauce with bacon, mushroom, and onion. It was soooooo good!
For dinner, I made sauteed pesto chicken with a side of couscous and broccoli.
Like I said, not too much to report! I did take some pictures of Brunnsparken, which is one of the major hubs for transportation in Gothenburg. They really get into Christmas here, I love it!
