Banana, Peanut Butter, Chia pudding

This is an overnight meal, so it’s great as a grab and go for the next day.

Banana PB Chia Pudding




  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or whatever milk)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  1.  Combine banana, milk, and peanut butter in a blender and blend
  2. Pour banana mixture into a container and mix in chia seeds. Seal, then refrigerate for 4-24 hours


  • Feel free to replace the banana with some other fruit…and if so, opt out of the peanut butter, that could get weird
