Chicken Fajitas

 

 

Ingredients

  • Marinade, put all ingredients in a large bowl
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of oil, I used coconut oil
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the marinade and add the chicken and cover. Either leave it out to marinade for 1 hour or place in fridge to marinade for 8 hours
  2. Add oil to a pan then toss in onions and bell peppers, add salt and pepper to taste
  3. After veggies are cooked to your liking put it on a separate plate
  4. In the pan, you cooked the veggies, add the chicken and cook it
  5. Done!

Notes

  • I start off with a tortilla, add some sour cream, sliced avocado, the sauteed veggies, and chicken
