Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
|
- Marinade, put all ingredients in a large bowl
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of oil, I used coconut oil
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

|
- Mix the marinade and add the chicken and cover. Either leave it out to marinade for 1 hour or place in fridge to marinade for 8 hours
- Add oil to a pan then toss in onions and bell peppers, add salt and pepper to taste
- After veggies are cooked to your liking put it on a separate plate
- In the pan, you cooked the veggies, add the chicken and cook it
- Done!

- I start off with a tortilla, add some sour cream, sliced avocado, the sauteed veggies, and chicken
|
